LG launched their new cell phone that is ready to beat the presence of Samsung Galaxy S IV, this smartphone named LG Optmus G Pro is equipped with a myriad of advanced features as a typical of Phablet (phone-tablet).

The basic materials casing of LG Optimus G Pro is mostly made of plastic, is quite unfortunate indeed. However, although the LG Optimus G Pro casing is made of plastic, it is still quite comfortable. Plastics are used by the LG Optimus G Pro will feel like glass when held.

LG Optimus G Pro carries 5.5-inch screen size specifications with full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with IPS technology (In-Plane Switch) with a screen density of 400 ppi (pixels per inch). This smartphone is equipped with a battery capacity of 3.140mAh.

This cell phone equipped with with a resolution of 13 megapixel rear camera and front camera for video call and accommodate the needs of video chat with a resolution of 2.1 megapixels. LG Optimus G Pro comes with the operating system of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a step forward when compared to it by its predecessor, Optimus G, which still uses Android 4.0 ICS.

The most distinctive of the LG Optimus G Pro is the CPU's, it's powered by the latest chipset from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 600 is equipped with quad-core Krait 600 processor with 1.7 GHz of speed. Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset is also used by HTC One.

LG Optimus G Pro is also equipped with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 graphics to support its performance. Smartphone LG Optimus G Pro uses the Android operating system 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with some additional features typical of LG.

One of the flagship features of LG Optimus G Pro is QSlide which also has a presence in the LG Optimus G. QSlide allows users to open multiple applications simultaneously on a single screen. This feature is similar to what is applied to the line of Samsung Galaxy Note.

As reported by Anandtech, to date there has been no official information from LG about the availability and price of LG Optimus G Pro smartphone for global markets. Smartphone LG Optimus Pro G itself has been launched in its home country, South Korea.
